Product Training

Product training is provided to any customer using Global for supply of their cleaning products, and is generally provided free of charge. This is a very flexible package, usually consisting of a one hour presentation and practical work with around 6 cleaning operators.

A certificate is issued to everyone attending the course confirming the issues covered during the session.

A typical product training session would consist of the following elements:-

Health and Safety:

Health and Safety at Work Act.

COSHH:Control of Substances Hazardous to Health.

Wearing of rubber gloves.

Safe handling of chemicals.

Use of Electrical Machines.

Colour Coding:

Introduction of colour coding, and reasons for it.

Product Training - A discussion of each product used:

Where it should be used.
Safety precautions.
What the item does and does not do.
Any other issues.
  Practical Training - This may include: Cleaning a washroom area
Carpet cleaning
Cleaning a floor area
Stain removal
