are usually used by
organisations who are considering taking cleaning in-house.
Global assist in drawing up a cleaning
specification and estimate the time, equipment and materials
required. This is usually free of
charge.
A Logistical Survey is used when
an organisation is presently contract cleaned, but would like
to consider carrying out its own cleaning or where a
contract cleaner is considering quoting for a contract. A
Logistical Survey enables
the
client to reach an informed conclusion regarding
the
cost
of fulfilling a contract.
A
Logistical Survey will provide:
 An outline cleaning schedule.
An
estimate of how much will be
spent on capital equipment.
An estimate of annual consumable
costs
An estimate of hours labour
required.
An estimate of the cost of
servicing capital equipment.
