As with any machine the time will come when it requires servicing or repair.
We are unusual in having our own mobile service engineers able to repair cleaning
machines quickly and very cost effectively.
Simply contact us whenever you require
a service or a repair, and we will arrange for an engineer to
carry out the work for you.
Certain
repairs require the return of
the
machine to the workshop. If this is
necessary
this will be done at our own
cost.
On each visit
our engineers
will:
 Check all electrical and
mechanical parts.
Lubricate as required
Replace worn components as
necessary.
Clean, run and test machine
and
attachments
Advise on any future work required.
Run Electrical Safety Test
(PAT)
We expect to have all parts
available to the engineer on the first visit.
In
the unlikely event that this does
not happen, you will not be charged the travelling
charge on any subsequent
visits
.
